AMPLITECT™ Real Time PCR Kits and Probes

Our second generation version of Real Time PCR kits offer an 'open platform' approach that makes them accessible to users of all of the various manufacturers systems.
New in this version are internal controls where Yakima Yellow has replaced Cy5 or TET as the fluorophore for the internal control. Yakima Yellow which is comparable to VIC can be detected on all real time PCR instruments.
These kits are designed for research use only and where possible we have tried to provide kits that cover the significant genotypes for the disease targeted.
