The ABI PRISM® 310 Genetic Analyzer is an automated single-capillary genetic analyzer designed and optimized to support a wide range of sequencing and fragment analysis applications. From de novo sequencing to SNP validation to linkage mapping, the versatile ABI PRISM® 310 system can support most gel-based assays.
The systems ship with the Apple or NT Workstation Data Collection and Analysis software modules. Software versatility enables this system to support sequencing and fragment analysis applications.
